Our liability for loss or damage is governed by statutory regulations and the specific classification of the load. We've established clear boundaries to ensure both parties understand the financial risks involved in transit. Do you know your cargo's specific valuation limit under standard BOL terms?
Claims must be filed within 180 days of delivery to be eligible for review by our compliance department.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the services provided by DES Supply Chain Management LLC, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We don't take this lightly; these provisions protect the integrity of your freight and our fleet. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we'll unfortunately be unable to facilitate your shipment.
2. Supply Chain Operational Boundaries
We operate as a motor carrier and/or freight broker. Our role depends on the specific service level agreement (SLA) signed at the time of account creation. We're responsible for selecting qualified carriers and maintaining oversight, but we aren't liable for delays caused by acts of God, weather, or port congestion that fall outside our direct control.
How do we handle unforeseen bottlenecks? Our team uses real-time tracking to pivot routes, but the underlying legal responsibility adheres to industry-standard Force Majeure clauses.
3. Service Quote Validity
Freight rates are volatile. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotes provided via our portal are strictly valid for 48 hours. Fuel surcharges (FSC) are adjusted weekly based on national averages to keep pricing fair and accurate for everyone.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DES Supply Chain Management LLC harmless from any claims resulting from improperly packaged hazardous materials or misdeclared weight metrics. Accuracy isn't just a goal; it's a legal requirement for road safety.
Need Clarification?
Legal jargon can be confusing. If you have questions regarding a specific provision, our compliance team is ready to assist. We believe in clear communication over small print.
